All our items come on clips, with the option to purchase a detachable nylon or elastic headband.  This ensures double use out of our items, and longer wear for you and your little ones.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 14 business days, excluding clothing items unless specified. When your item ships you will receive tracking information via email.  All orders ship by United States Post Office.  Shipping time depends on method chosen at checkout.  Lilee's Bowtique is not liable for any damage, shipping delays, or loss of a package after in the hands of USPS.  Please be sure your address is correct when placing your order. International order charges DO NOT include import duties or taxes.  This is the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged based on each country's policies. 

RETURN POLICY

Every piece purchased from LB is made with love specifically for you.  Because each item is unique, and due to hygienic reasoning's, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not accept cancellations. Please read any and all descriptions before purchasing.  If there is a problem with your order please email us at lileesbowtique@yahoo.com and we will assist you!

IMPORTANT

Please never leave a child unattended in any of our products as they can pose a hazard.  Remove before sleeping or car seat use.  Lilee's Bowtique is not responsible for any misuse occurrences.

Do NOT use scissors to open your packages. The type of polymailer we use can be ripped open. 

We do not ship to any other address except the one inputted at checkout. If there is an error, and additional $4.00 will be charged to print a new label.
